Psalm 19:7 Ministries has a three-fold purpose:

1. To preach the gospel, using the Law as a tutor to lead people to Jesus Christ.
   
2. To turn “False Converts” into “True Converts” and inspire in them a God-glorifying passion to fulfill The Great Commission.
   
3. To inspire Christians in America to stand up and speak out on the emerging dangers to our patriotic principles and Christian heritage.

Studies show there are 224 million citizens in the United States who claim to be Christian. This makes up seventy-five to eighty percent of the U.S. population. Based on this majority it would seem that we are a strong Christian nation. However, these numbers can’t possibly be correct. All of these people cannot possibly be true Christians who follow the teachings set forth by Jesus Christ. If this was so, a President could never have been elected who believes in promoting abortion, excusing homosexuality, seeing prayer removed from our schools, and is systematically attempting to turn America away from the Judeo Christian foundation it was rightly built upon.

The Ten Commandments were taken away from our schools in 1980. When this happened, an entire generation of children were blinded from the truth. The commandment is the lamp, and the Law is a light (Proverbs 6:23). By removing the law, a generation of children were left without a moral compass. We now live in a time when people can live a perverted lifestyle, mock Jesus Christ, wallow in the mud of homosexuality, and kill unborn babies without qualms of conscience.

There is only one way to change the heart of the nation. That is to change the sinful heart of the individual. The preachers today who are teaching the “God has a wonderful plan for your life” message and the “prosperity gospel” are simply giving people what they want to hear. It allows the church to fill their pews each Sunday with many “false converts”. The preachers are not faithfully preaching against sin, righteousness, judgment, and true repentance. They are teaching sound principles. These principles are helpful for daily living, they fail to uncover wicked sin and self-righteousness that keep mass numbers of false converts existing in a false reality, sitting comfortably in the pews each Sunday, thinking they are friends with God when, in reality, they are still doomed to Hell. These people are “False Converts”. America will turn back towards God only when and if these people become “True Converts” and follow Jesus Christ!
